This is the weirdest damn thing I have ever seen in my Tech days. I was recently infected with a boot.ini (resycled) virus. As I was going through the typical clean-up... I booted into safe mode to view the log file. When I went to log in there was a mysterious new user added. In order not to glorify this A@#$@!@ I will not go into more detail. Now after writing zeros to the drive and reloading XP, I booted into safe mode and there he was again. I can not connect to the internet; or update drivers...
