You are missing some drivers. Did you recently re-install XP?
These are reflected in the minidumps:

Agere Systems modem driver
Atheros wireless driver
Blutooth driver

You may need to go to Acer Support and re-install these drivers

the same problem again

HI,
The windows installation from witch I had the last minidumps was old.
Now I have reinstalled windows Xp and I am getting almost the same errors and alternatively I get 0x0000021 winlogon.exe error.
I'm attaching minidumps

The minidumps are the same as the first ones...

Agere Systems modem driver
Atheros wireless driver
Blutooth driver

You need to go to Acer Support and re-install these drivers. Have you done this?

Is XP fully updated to Service Pack 3 and including all the optional updates. There are hardware updates that you may need too
