BSOD 2008R2 cluster

Hi all,

I've just have 2 BSOD on a node of 2008R2 cluster active/passive 2node.

The first one is :

The problem seems to be caused by the following file: HIDCLASS.SYS

This append after installing a "Netvault Fastrecover Agent" on the node.

I need your help for diagnose. multiple have been applied this last days, and I don't know if the bsod come from the installation of the agent or another thing.

The first thing I would do is check the memory using Memtest86 for at least 7 passes
