BSOD after clean install of windows 7

Hi guys my custom built gaming PC has been having bsod since I got it in december 2013 I have sent it back 2 times to the manufacturer and it still has bsod they changed the motherboard , ram , psu and I bought a new graphics card (Geforce GTX 660 oc ). when I got it back it still blue screened so I did a clean reinstall of windows 7 and updated all my drivers and it still does bsod I know its not hardware, pretty sure it has to be a software issue and its not the games I'm playing so if anyone can help that would be great.

Check the memory using Memtest86:
http://www.memtest.org/
Also test the hard drive by going to Computer, right-click on the C drive, select properties. tools, check now. Put a check mark in both boxes to set a disk check on the next start up

Both tests carried out no errors found .
BSOD again while playing Tropico4 offline. Here are the latest dump files .

An outdated driver may be causing the TIMER_OR_DPC_INVALID error seen in these minidumps. Have you run Windows Update manually until no more updates are found?

I have installed all the windows updates majority of the updates have been successful but some have failed however the computer has not blue screened so far so good .
