BSOD dilemma

Hi everyone. I've had 2 BSODs last night. One happened while browsing the web, the after just after windows logo.
What I've done so far:
Checked HDD= no issues
Checked Ram with Memtest= no errors
Updated drivers and applied windows updates

Pc specs:
i3 2120
Lenovo h61 motherboard
4gb ram
windows 7 64bit
amd radeon hd 6670
ocz zs 550w

Can anybody please help me.

The minidumps are pointing to memory issues. Did you run Memtest86 version 4.20 for at least 7 passes?

I have yes,, ran it over night and got no errors.

Okay, post any new minidumps...

The minidumps in the 1st post are the only ones for now and hopefully for along time.
no crashes so far today.
