BSOD during YouTube

I have an HP 2730p running 32-bit Windows 7 Home Premium. I have the latest Intel graphics drivers installed (Mobile Series 4 Express Chipset) and Adobe flash installed.

When I'm playing a youtube music video in the background while I browse on Chrome, my computer will go into BSOD after about 2 minutes into the video. It is very reproducible, although sometimes I need to play the video twice to get it to BSOD.

Most of the errors are "IRQL Not Greater/Not Less or Equal Error," although I've also gotten a whole bunch of other ones. I'm running out of ideas.

Attached are my Minidump files.

Thanks!

Hi, one of the minidumps points to your graphics driver or possibly DirectX. Are you sure you installed the correct driver and did it come from the HP support site.http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsuppor...eId=321957&prodSeriesId=3784558&lang=en&cc=uk

The other dump blames the touchpad drivers. I've not seen that before but the mouclass.sys driver is also a possible Malware infection.

First thing is to run this free Malware scanner. http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free Install and update it, then do a full system scan and carefully examine the log it produces to make sure it has deleted anything it finds.

Then run this procedure to clear out any old drivers.http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/remove-old-drivers-after-upgrading-to-new-hardware/

Then download drivers for the touchpad from the HP support site and save them to your desktop. Go into Device Manager and find "Mice and other pointing devices", click on it to show it's contents and then right click on all the devices and select Uninstall. Then double click on the new touchpad driver and it will install.

Then see if you get any more BSOD's. Send them in if you do.
