BSOD, hard error

I was in the middle of delting emails whene the bluescreen of death popped up
stop: hard error
begining dump of physical memory the same and now says complete ok I cannot undo nothing it will not leave this page I tried reinstalling windows xp pro but will not do it any help here look me up on facebook under john roswell ty

So what happens when you try re-installing Windows? Does the failed install give any errors?
