BSOD new laptop

Hello guys, I bought new Acer Asprire V3-771G laptop week ago. But I getting a bsod about 5 times a day. Tested RAMs with mestest86+. Checked Hard disk with Hard Disk Sentinel Professional 3.30, everything looks ok. Tried to update all drivers, BIOS, rewrite windows, no help here. I am using microsoft security essentials. Any ideas?

Extra info: before some updates all BSODs were about ntoskrnl.exe+7efc0. After updates it is caused by address ntoskrnl.exe+705c0

Caused by a bad or improperly set up driver. Are there any yellow exclamation points in the device manager? Have all the Windows updates including all optional ones been applied?

There are not yellow exclamation points in the device manager. And yes all Windows updates been applied.
