BSOD on newly built system

Hello, i'm hoping someone can help me with this mess. Back in May I built a new PC, here's the specs

Motherboard: Asus M4A87TD-USB3 AMD3
Graphic Card: Sapphire HD5670 1g DDR3
Ram: 2x Corsair 2G 1333Mhz DDR3 VS2GB1333D3
Processor: AMD Phenom II AM3 955 Black Edition (3.2Ghz)
PSU: Gigabyte Superb Power Supply 550W

When I first built it worked for a few days, then I started receiving the BSOD, saying IRQL not less or equal, eventually, it would brick up at the Win 7 logo and never fully load Windows, after formatting it would not even install Win 7, or Vista, so I took the HDD back to the tech store and replaced it thinking it was the culprit, it still did the same thing.

Next I brought it back and had it tested, they said there was a problem with the motherboard and sent it out to be replaced, after waiting for a month I finally got it back and it worked for less then 2 days, 3 boots in total, and it again continued to do the same thing, not loading into windows or being able to re install windows. I took it back to the store once again, they said it was the motherboard, sent it out, replaced it again. Now I have been using it for a little over 3 weeks and it is starting to crash giving me BSOD messages. I'm at a loss on what to do, I do not understand what is going on, the tech store said they tested everything, the Ram, GPU, HDD, I hope it doesnt get to the point where I cannot boot in again so i'm wondering if anyone here has any ideas? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated, thanks in advance!
 
I would change your power supply before you do anything else at this point. 2 bad motherboards, possibly 3... power supply
 
Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Only thing that bugs me is the tech store "insisted" the power supply was ok but, what else could it be? guess i'll fork some cash over for a PSU and hope that's it. :(
 
It is your cheapest option, otherwise take it back to the tech store and have then FIX IT once and for all!
 
need help

i have some of the same problems too, 0X0000001E i get that too, and ive tried many things i also have the mini dump files if that can help solve my issue too.
i also cant up load anythin cause im new so idk what else to do
