BSOD (page_fault_in_nonpaged_area) Help

Kindly please help me. Im experiencing BSOD (page fault in nonpaged area) in my laptop. Sometimes when I put it into sleep, it will not wake anymore.

emachines D644.
windows 7 ultimate x86
AMD e-350
eset antivirus

This is commonly caused by a bad or corrupt video driver or system memory, but since this is an eMachines, anything goes. How old is this "computer"?

i bought my laptop a month ago. i only changed its OS from starter to ultimate and nothing has been modified or changed.

Yes, I installed all the updates by windows. I tried windows repair included in the OS cd. Also, i run memory diagnostics and no error found.

Not yet. The driver was updated last night. No BSOD so far.

Emachines website has VGA driver for D644 that is Radeon HD 6470M but my laptop only uses 6310. The chipset is also different. -.-
