BSOD randomly watching videos on YouTube or gaming

my computer used to bsod like once a day, and i ignored it

but now it happens like every hour or so

how would i determine whats causing my bsod

when i'm watching videos online like youtube, my explorer will randomly freeze and my mouse will not move

then eventually it will bluescreen

and during games it will just bluescreen

I get the exact same error, i just posted a threat before you i just didnt have a picture, im going to borrow yours

does your mouse freeze too when your web browsing?

oh btw im running on windows xp sp3

now sometimes when im playing games, it can either blue screen or freeze...

and when it does freeze everything freezes and i can my sound chopping up and stuff, say if i were talking to someone on skype, i would hear like a last couple words chopped up

So I read around and alot of people posted their dumps, so heres mine if anyone could help =O
