BSOD when unplugging Mouse

  1. I have been trying to unplug my mouse from my USB 3.0 port, and it always give BSOD when I try to move the pointer using the touchpad

    the BSOD said something about DRIVER_IRQL_not_LESS_OR_EQUAL Stop 0x000000D1
    and something about wdf01000.sys

    could anyone help me I have tried anything but nothing works

    Do you have Logictech Setpoint software installed?

    Is it a 2.0 mouse? Why not use a 2.0 port?

    no I do not have the Logitech Setpoint Software installed

    and the problem even apply to USB2.0 Port
    my mouse make my laptop crash whenever I unplugged it
    its stressing me, really

    Have you tried attaching a different mouse?
