BSOD while browsing the net

Please help me its occurring more often now.
It appears at random when I'm using Opera Browser and utorrent.

Yes its always flagging "NETIO.SYS".
Thanks for your reply, I'll follow your advice. And check my Ram & Harddrive for errors.
But since i switched my browser yesterday from Opera to Firefox, it seems that the BSOD stops happening...Hmm what seems to be the problem?

Btw, I'm not overclocking my Graphics Card or CPU.

NETIO.sys has to do with a network driver...

This might help:
"Control Panel >>Network and Sharing Center>>Manage Network Connection; right click on the LACN>>properties and uncheck "QoS Packet Scheduler"
