BSOD won't go even after I've reset my PC

I recently got a Gaming PC and I reset it to try and get rid of the BSOD problem, but after a couple of time spent on the computer, the error keeps coming up.
I get this VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR something like this, I don't know the exact name, but I'll know soon.....

Is there any other possible solutions, Please Help, I also watched this command prompt thing, which I did, but even that didn't work.
Thank You

Tough to say based on your information - could be 'juvenile failure' of a piece of hardware like memory - could be bad update - or bad driver - or out-of-date driver - or incompatible software. Pretty sure it is one of those.

Best advice: read this article ( https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14238/windows-10-troubleshoot-blue-screen-errors ), turn off 'restart automatically on error' if on, capture error code and/or name of failing software. You may need 4 or 5 crashes to get all that. If you can identify a pattern (I.e., it crashes whenever I turn on the coffee maker) that helps too. Detailed notes can be key.

If you have crash dumps (files full of information at the time of the crash), you can use WhoCrashed to get specifics...http://www.resplendence.com/whocrashed .

You said you recently got this machine. I would go back to vendor and ask for help (review your warranty).

Keep us posted, share your results.

I always get the Video_Scheduler_Internal_Error, I've done what the guy said earlier and I haven't gotten the blue screen yet, but ill keep the PC on and try some stuff to see if I get it again.

While the name of the error may not change, the details often do. Check each dump and compare.

Good luck!
