Buying new monitor

I am buying a new monitor led 24" I have narrowed it down to two models one is ASUS VS247H and the other BENQ GL2450HM.Both cost about the same the budget is around 13,000 Rupees (INR).Need suggestions as to which to pick, open for suggestions for other models within the budget.

They both look comparable, but then I'm no expert on monitors. The only major difference I could see was the Asus monitor doesn't appear to have built-in speakers (has an headphone port for HDMI instead), the Benq monitor does have built-in speakers.

I did realize that but speakers don't matter to me I want to know the better pick, also I want the monitor to be durable after the warranty my current one has dead pixels it started appearing randomly just a few months after warranty period was over.
Both sport the same resolution the BENQ one seems a bit superior to me but I am unfamiliar with the brand hence need advice.
