I have problem with opening any settings from desktop level. When im trying to open something, shows up cmd C:\windows\SysWow64\cmd.exe 
this only shows up for a millisecond when im trying to open for example display settings or personalize.
I scanned with malwarebytes and bitdefender but nothing. This is very annoying because I need to open settings with win + I and search. And idk this is malware or smth.
