Can I add another hard drive?

I have a Asus P868-V LE mobo. I would like to add some internal storage. I currently have a SSD and HDD. How many more can I install? I think there's more SATA 3 ports but not sure about the power supply or the space it would take inside the case.

Yes there is 6 total.

2 x SATA 6Gb/s port(s), gray
4 x SATA 3Gb/s port(s), blue

If you have the physical space in the case there will not be a problem. The drives do not require very much power, so the PSU wouldn't be an issue either.

I'm not sure there's enough spare power cables coming out of PSU...what should I be looking for?

Thanks. Do you have any advice or recommendations on choosing an SSD? I'm looking for 1TB, SATA III.I could save a lot of money going with less known brands like ADATA or Team Group but I've heard bad reviews for them.

Around here everyone recommends Samsung. But there is a premium for those. Personally with SSD prices as low as they are now, I prefer any brand SSD over HDD. But if I can afford the extra expense I will go for Samsung.

Just remember those complaining on reviews are a small percentage of customers. Use your own judgment based on what everyone is saying, not just the few worst cases.
