Inactive-A Can't get online at all with any browser, but have connection

Okay, reset both browsers but still had the same problem but not when wired. I removed and reinstalled the wireless adapter and now everything seems okay. I really appreciate your help with this problem, I really couldn't afford to get a new computer for my son.

Download Temp File Cleaner (TFC)

  • Double click on TFC.exe to run the program.
  • Click on Start button to begin cleaning process.
