Inactive Cant get rid of this..

Hi

last night i discovered my laptop was infected with all sorts.

I have run CCleaner, and malware bytes (now clean log) but my superantispyware remover keeps coming back with trojans or tacking cookies.

I am currently running my 5th scan.... which i shall post log when finished.

But in the meantime could someone have a look at my hijackthis log?
