Can't get to login screen. blue screen pops up

The blue screen says something is corrupt and wont load windows or something due to error. I'm not sure how to fix this or if this is the right forum. please help?

Blue screens produce things called minidumps. If you can, go to C:\windows\minidump. Minidump files have a .dmp extension. Select all the files with a .dmp at the end. Right-click and send these files to a compressed(zipped)folder. Upload that folder as a file here
