Can't get to my files

my old laptop burn out so now i have put the hard drive from it to a desktop. My desktop has found it and i can go into it but one of my file, says file is not accessible; Access is denied. but i can go into the other files. is there anything that i can do so that i can get to the files.

Clone the drive to another drive in your desktop using DiscWizard it's free from Seagate.

I dont know if thats what is wrong wit it the file that i cant get to was a user log in folder and i had a password on it but now that the laptop doesnt work i can goimg into it and take it off so is there anything that would let me take that off so that i can get into the folder.
