Hello all,
recently I bought a new ipod. when I plugged it in it did not work because the driver couldn't be installed.
Later on I tried to plug in a hard disk but again the driver couldn't be installed.
it seems that the pc can't install any drivers at all !!
I updated the Microsoft windows updates and ran the Troubleshooter several Times but still noting happens.
pleas help my!! thanks!
