The instruction was follow the 8-steps.

Change xx to tt in the following line when entering into the address field.

If you mean that clicking the hyperlink fails, then go to safe mode with networking.

Kewin888, thank you for the treat to 2 very ‘charming’ videos @youtube. That has delayed this response.
And Two languages are to your credit. Obviously we are losing a bit in the translation.

Your problem falls between ‘networking’ and ‘security/web’.

No logs --- infection - not assessed

For the differences between computers, this tends to suggest firewall settings differences.
Firewalls can target specific sites / URLs.. Check the logs.

Differences between ‘spyware killers’ protecting the computer can refuse loading pages because part of the content is coming from a ‘forbidden advert’ provider.

And yes, the browser has security settings.

You can briefly lower the security protections (step-by-step) to help localize the problem.

The command prompt (start > run > cmd) makes some commands available to you.
The firewall controls at all levels. CMD level avoids browser security & most spykillers.

Sample commands (networking forum has more info)
No DNS involvment
tracert 208.117.236.72
tracert 208.65.153.238

DNS involvment
tracert www.youtube.com
tracert nz.youtube.com

There will be differences. Youtube has many mirror sites. Time-of-day can vary the routes.

Usually, two timeouts kill the tracert.

Tracert only proves connectivity. It does not look at the content & throughput.

The tool is ancient. Some points in the internet withhold identification, but honor the request.

We are half the world apart, so the route will be different until closing in on the destination. The traffic to youtube is so high that they probably direct connect to a node high up in the network.

Use this site and paste the ip in the box, top right on the screen. One of the tabs graphs part of the network.

FROM message #6, this is the focus. Work the problem from the applications standpoint. Tracert was an alternative to confirm the former approach.

You can briefly lower the security protections (step-by-step) to help localize the problem.

All of the following are between you & the web page displayed on the computer: The firewall, realtime spyware monitors/blockers, forbidden site lists, and browser security settings,

Disable one protection (application) at-a-time. Test the access to the web site. Note the result.

The firewall log may record the event. If you have only Windows firewall, skip this step.

Normally protective measures have logs or tables or configuration tabs to inspect or control the protection.

For more specific help, another specialist can jump in at any time.

ok i dont have a spyware monitor or blocker, my forbidden list is empty, i try puting the security setings but they dont work but i dont know why my other operating system can work those website just fine. Have this problem got to do with NET framework ?
