Cant play videos after installing windows 10

Every since I installed windows 10 on my pc(I checked compatibility was told my pc would work) I cant play almost any videos and when they do play they take forever freezing up. when im on fb and scroll down as soon as I come to a video window it turns black and I cant plkay it or see what it is

Make sure you download the latest Flash player, Java and Shockwave programs. You may have to use a player like VLC too
