I was trying to eviscerate the autocfg.ini virus (or something like that) that kept hanging my reboots and infecting my zip drive. I did a bunch of attrib -r-s-h looking for hiddent files (1ogf.exe type things) and accidentally deleted the ntldr file.

Can't re-install XP because I can't SEE my boot drive. Install won't work in normal or repair modes. diskpart doesn't see any partitions. If I try to install XP I get "unknown Disk" and if I try to delete that partition I get the BSOD.

Everything was working fine hardware wise so that is not the problem, not is my ram or any of that.

Please help.

First try this... If that doesn't work then i would download and burn an Ultimate Boot CD and run a FixMBR from that cd which will attemp to repair the Master Boot Record. Let us know if it works?
