Cant see the top of a webpage

Ive had a problem the last few week that a webpage wont show the top of the page no matter what I do.
ive tried to remove cookies and all that and it didnt help.
I am at a loss and hope someone can help me. my internet speed is great and I can see other sites with no problems but no matter what I do this site wont allow me to show the top of the page, ive also tried to type in the page on another computer and there it works fine.

Can you see the _ [ ] X in the upper right corner of the browser?

Have you tried to use another browser? I use chrome and it works perfect.
