Changed resolution and now laptop wont start

Hi all,

I tried connecting my laptop with my tv using the hdmi cable. I changed the resolution on my laptop and now my laptop isnt even starting I dnt know what to do!!. please help someone!

Try booting into Safe Mode and reset resolution from there

Please give more info. it's isn't starting as in "windows isn't starting" or "laptop is dead" (aka it doesn't turn on at all)?
