CloudFlare problem

So I bought ssd disk and installed it in my pc. Then I installed Win on it but didnt format C partition with odl Win on my hdd. Partition lettres were overwritten and booting Win from my hdd was unable.
Then this problem occurred.

On some sites I have to enter captcha codes due this CloudFlare thing. What would be cause of this, Win reinstallation, some bug or malware?

Ummm I couldnt find where to edit post. But after releasing and renewing ip on all laptops and pc it seems to worked out.
