Computer acting strange after virus removal

Windows Defender caught a trojan and rootkit on my device a while back and I removed them with rouge killer and another antivirus I cannot remember at the moment. I followed the directions and got the Fast Bar recovery tool and ill attach the logs after this gets moved to malware removal fourm.
