Computer Bios

Alright im using Biostar P4M900-M7 FE 7.0 motherboard and Today I was attempting to update my chipset and such. I was also going to update my bios and when I was doing my bios my computer crashed and then all of a sudden it wanted me to boot to my floppy drive. I dont have one installed and my Cmos isnt setup to use one. I took out the battery and I cleared the Cmos and it is still giving me errors. Any help is appreciated

"Invalid System Disk Insert System Disk and press any key"

Get back into the bios and select the correct boot device. If you have more than one hard drive, select the one that is used as drive C

This is an issue it sends me straight to this screen there is no way I can pass it
I have tried.
I figured I would just re-flash the bios from DOS but I can not find a good program.
Once again any help :]
