Computer does a consistincy scan on boot up

recently had my computer in a shop to fix a java problem these *****s removed my nod 32 anti virus and installed avg 8 and another program called malawarebytes they fixed the java problem but now on boot up my computer wants to do a consistincy scan on drive c its the same scan your computer does if your computer freezes up and your only option is to hold in the power button to turn the computer off i know that there is nothing wrong in my computer all drives are healthy and i know there is a way to stop it doing this but just cant remember how

Open up the command prompt and enter the following command:

chkntfs /x DriveLetter:

"DriveLetter:" is obviously the drive of the disk being scanned, probably "C:" in your case. Reboot and see if it worked.
