Hey all,
I am new to these forums so I am not 100% sure on what format you use to post a question, but I will do my best to provide you with the information. My computer has been freezing at random times. Some days it wont freeze at all, other days it will freeze every 20 min ( After it freezes I have to restart the computer )
I have done the following in an attempt to cure the issue.
I did a fresh install of windows
I have cleaned the computer ( dust etc )
I have made sure all the fans are spinning.
I have made sure that my CPU is running at a constant cool temp ( 30oC )
I have made sure that my GPU is running at a constant cool temp ( 40oC )
I did a memtestx86 for 5 passes, all coming out good.
I ran Intel's SSD toolbox to check and see if my SSD for some reason had errors, none detected
At this point I am just boggled. Also, I have not done any overclocking on the computer. The only thing of note in the event viewer is just me having to forcefully turn off the computer, causing it to log that action. If you have any advice, or need additional information please let me know. The follow are my computer's specifications :
Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit.
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @3.4GHZ
Asus P8Z77-VLK motherboard
Kingston HyperX 2 x 4G Sticks Ram
Nvidia GeForce GTX 570
Antec 750W PSU
Once again, thank you for time!
