Computer Is Running Terribly Slow

Hi,

My computer has been running slow. I went through the 8 steps and found tracking cookies and backdoor.bot.

Other than this I did not find anything else. I looked through the registry and could not find the registry value that was infected. So I guess the Malwarebytes took care of that. I also looked for the file entry and could not find it either. Here are my log files too.

Sorry about the multiple log entries, but I did two quick scans before I did the complete scans.

Your hijackthis log shows you have Avira as well as CA antivirus programs running. The CA suite has antispyware running, and you also have AVG antispware. On top of that you have ad-aware running.

No wonder your system is slow! Look what good they did anyway; malware still got through. Uninstall one of them and your system will be faster.

Post back with a fresh HJT log when you're done.
