Computer Keeps on Crashing?

Sorry but im not really tech Savy.

I dont know why this happens, but it happens alot. It's jus been doin it and idk what i need to do. Please help?

When and how does it happen ? When you try to load a game ?? when you open IE ??

you may want to have a look in the Event Viewer for a bit more information on the problem. go to START --> Control Panel --> Admin Tools --> Event Viewer and look for the red X's. Every single one of those errors is probably being caused by the same service or driver.
