Computer laggs/freezes while playing games

As the topic says my computer for some reason or another will not play any game other then WoW. Even playing wow at times it will do this thing where my screen freezes completely the audio starts to loop, and after about 20-30 secs it will all catch back up and screen will be working again. It only happens like once every 2 days or something on wow, but with any other game I play it does it all the time. From right when i start and then every few secs after the 1st time it happens. The other games are DDO, Warhammer 40,000, C&C 3 Gen, Medieval 2 total war, Warcraft 3, and CiV 4. It happens on every game no matter what and does it all the time. Its very frustrating to be playing and then have it just freeze and then work again. Once or twice I have had a blue screen from it but the blue screen has only came when playing Civ4 and DDO. I have tried to fix this problem a number of times and looked all over the net and can't seem to find a solution. I have updated all my drives, even installed my video drivers and reinstalled it. Neither works thus far. I have tried to reinstall directx and that didn't work. I will put my computer specs at the end of this post please help me if you can. I am almost at the point to just accepting I can only play WoW. Thanks for your time and sorry about the wall of text.

I think your graphics are integrated (onboard) but you can correct me if I'm wrong. If so, I suspect that it isn't capable of playing those games. You would need a separate, higher spec graphics card.
