Computer stuck in restart loop with BSOD/crit error

Begins with slow load at the windows screen followed by either 1) encountered a critical error, your computer will shut down in 1 min or 2) BSOD.

Have not been able to load in safemode either or been able to run any virus/maleware scans.

running win 7 64 bit

help!

Re-install Windows fresh and be sure to format the hard drive. Doing this will tell you if there is a hardware failure or not

Well you are going to have to take the computer to a repair person that can re-install Windows for you then.. Maybe a friend or colleague... Also there may be recovery options available when the computer first boots up. These options are accessed by pressing an F? key

You can install a Win 7 iso file onto a DVD, boot from the CD/ROM then install Windows for 30 days but after that if you have no product key then it'll say it's `not genuine'
