Computer turns off while using, fans and mb LEDs remain on

Hi all,
So today I was using my pc as I usually do, browsing Discord, and all of a sudden my computer froze for about 3 seconds, before losing video output and output to LED peripherals (mouse and keyboard) the case fans and motherboard LEDs we're still functional. This has happened to me a few times now and I am beginning to become concerned. It can be fixed by turning off and on my pc via the (still lit up) On button. The intervals between these occurrences have been seemingly random, and nothing in particular seems to trigger them. Any help is much appreciated, thanks.
