Apologies in advance for my elementary tech speak.
I downloaded a coupon printer from Catalina Marketing and after printing it, my computer wouldn't shut down and after a forced shut down, it won't start up, it just goes to a black screen where my cursor is visible.
I am running Windows 7 and WebRoot software. Are there any other programs that I should mention that would help narrow down the problem?
My dad normally helps me with this stuff but he is on vacation and I am desperate for some help. I just want to uninstall this program and have my computer start up again. I knew that $10 gift card from Target wasn't worth the hassle downloading this coupon printer has caused me. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.
