Constant BSODs every 15 minutes (different every time)

I run Chrome, Minecraft, and Skype at the same time.... about every 15 minutes my computer gets a BSOD. a different error everytime. please help, thanks.

AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 250 Processor 3.00GHz
5.00 GB ram
64-bit windows 7
if there's anything else you need to know, let me know.

I have been looking at the most recent mini-dumps and apparently one had to do with Direct X driver. i couldn't find an update for that so i just rolled back my graphics driver.

When i looked at the latest minidump, it said it was because of "ntkrnlmp.exe". i dont know how to update this or anything.
