Cpu and vram light on motherboard system won't power keyboard or mouse nothing displayed on monitor

Basically itll do this when I start it, but at random itll just start working for a few hours then randomly shut off and the problem reoccurs.

Things I’ve Tried:

Reseating RAM
Reseating CPU
Loosening Cooler
Clearing CMOS
Reinstalling Windows
