Crashed Laptop

One of our laptops crashed we can't access it in any way. Is there any way we can use our other laptop to fix it?

To be of much help, we need lots of specifics. It might be easier to do a bit of troubleshooting on your own to see if you can narrow down the problem first.
Keep notes, count 'beeps', watch for error codes, focus on ventilation, battery, power supply. If nothing works, it is still possible for you to retrieve files from the internal HDD by connecting it to a PC as a second drive (much harder to do with another laptop - they are pretty closed up and it is hard to access things).

Did you try to remove the battery or cut off the power ? Is there have noise ?
