Inactive Cure for "cdrom.sys & Hacktool.Rootkit!inf" av detection

Hi,
My Norton/AV found me this problem and requires manual removal.

Earlier today i wondered why i had problems writing Data/DVD disks. It wrote the disk alright, but couldn't open it after wards.
I understand that the culprits are cdrom.sys within system32\dllcahe and drivers.

I can easily remove those files manually, as asked, but i suppose those are "system files", so they're needed to work my dvd/rom.
Any advice will be warmly welcome, asap.

Thank you

That's fine :)
