I really don't want to call India and have to strain to try to understand what they're saying, so i'm going to ask you guys.

First off, don't buy a Dell gaming computer, you'll regret it. I just got an XPS 630 gaming system that was trouble from the first minute. Whoever put it together didn't install the video driver correctly and the tech support guy made me reinstall windows. Anyway, I thought I finally got it going well until today.
The Blue Ray drive is not recognizing my DVD-R blank discs and all my burning programs say they are incompatible. It reads double layer blank discs, but insists they are full of data.

I tried burning a movie I bought on EZtakes, but their program gives me this error:
Error: CStarBurn_ScsiTransportSPTI::ExecuteCDB(): Comand Failed

After I got the error, the drive wouldn't open and kept spinning the disc. I had to restart the computer to get the disc out.

I laid down almost 2 grand on this piece of crap and I'm really depressed about it. Any help you guys can offer will make my day!

Specs:
Intel Core2 E8500 (3.16 GHz, 1333FSB)
4 GB DDR2 Sdram
NVIDIA GEFORCE 9800GT, SLI
