Dell latitude 120L

I just formatted my system (laptop) and the size of my desktop icons appears to be bigger than normal. please anybody with useful information as to how I can fix this problem is welcome to help.

After manually re-installing the Microsoft Windows operating system on your Dell system you must also re-install the Dell device drivers and applications in the correct order for your computer to work properly.
