Desktop virus, help with HJT log

My girlfriends computer has a virus that covers her desktop. It lets her put a desktop and then the widget comes back and covers the entire desktop again. It has a bunch of links and when it appears at first she gets about 5 error messages about not being able to launch some download. It only appears once in a while, before the desktop would only show once in a long while, mostly at start up. Now its stuck here and I can't figure out where its hiding. Here is a HJT log. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had to attach the HJT file. Its so big I couldn't paste it, then I tried to paste it into separate posts and said I couldn't because I can't post links. Thank you for any help.
