Direct3D functionality not available?

So I was trying to play a game and I got a pop up stating, "Failed to find any DirectX 9.0c compatible graphics adapters in this system! Please make sure you have a DirectX 9.0c compatible graphics adapter and have installed the lastest drivers provided by the manufacturer. The application will now terminate." So I found a DirectX 9.0c to download and it still didn't solve this popup.
So I checked my dxdiag and under display it says there Is nothing there.

Under device it says-

DAC type: N/A
Totally Memory: N/A
Current Display Mode: 1024 x 768 (32 bit) (1Hz)
Monitor:

DirectX Features says-
DirectDraw Acceleration: Not Avaliable
Direct3D Acceleration: Not Avaliable
AGP Texture Acceleration: Not Avaliable

And in notes it says-

• The system is using the generic video driver. Please install video driver provided by the hardware manufacturer.
• To test DirectDraw functionality, click the "Test DirectDraw" button above.
• Direct3D functionality not available. You should verify that the driver is a final version from the hardware manufacturer.

Is there something I can download to fix this? Help ASAP please
