Disabling or changing shortcut to annoying HPSysInfo.exe

How do I change the shortcut key (Ctrl+Alt+S) for HPSysInfo.exe or even disable itÉ As when I am in curtain program and use that shortcut the HP Support Information dialog box comes up.

Go to add/remove programs in the control panel and delete all HP related stuff except the HP device driver itself
