Here in the last one i took the close up shot of the marines hands.
I havnt seen such a natural hand ever b4 in any game all the fingers ,finger joints ,nails ,fore arm and the fore arm's hair is incredibly magnificent.

Where can I get the alpha leak? I cannot find it anywhere, do Iahve to dl it form kazaa? I hope not bevcause lots of the files from kazaa have viruses on em:dead: can anyone help my poor soul?

HELP PLEASE!

I need help, heres what I do. I do all instructions to install. Delete doomconfig.cfg edit runact.cfg etc... then. When I go to run Doom III the video just stays at this screen and blinks. Wtf! I can't even see the console to type. I just need to know one thing. What drivers do I downgrade my Geforce FX card too? I know it's somewhere in 4.0. So just answer a simple noob question. Ok? 'preciated.

i got a amd 64 3000, 1 gb ram, fx5200 DDR128mb etc etc, im a nub will i be able to run doom3 or HL2 or even ff11 at at least 30-40 fps with this?

Wow, quite an unbalanced system there!!! AMD 64 3000 w/ an FX5200.......Dump the FX5200, and grab a decent video card, and you'll be in business!!!

see i downloaded the alpha leak when it first came out.from kazaa.i ran it many times even made videos .it was running fine.but now whenever i open up the game theres just a grey window.and nuthin seems to work .i dont know what the problem is ive tried everything else possible.plz can anyone help me?

It is a leak, probaly a beta or even an alpha build. You will not get support from anyone here. If you choose to run it, that's your problem but any attempt to discuss this "game" other then posting screenshots & such will result in a closed thread.

Doom III

I watched the vid clips Papa posted and checked out the screenshots...and I am simply floored by what this game is going to be like when it is completed...so, I decided to start ordering the parts for my new gaming system...my only hesitation was that I wanted to wait for the next gen vid cards to come out, but I'll buy something at the top of the heap for now (so I can play BF: Vietnam and stuff...and when the new cards come out...I'll upgrade to one of them and put the card I buy now in another one of my rigs...

And I just got a bonus at work, so I might even have to go with a dual-processor rig, just for the hell of it...

hell u dont need a freakin 10 ghz system with a radeon to play this stuff.i make it work real decent on a geforce 4 mx 420 and even make videos .too bad i cant post them enywhere.anyways when the game comes out ( like in the next decade or so) im sure most ppl with a 64 mb 3d card will be able to run this game at at least 640*480

Glad you liked them lowman - dunno how I missed your post when you first made it though. Ahem, ibbu - just because it'll run at 640x480 that doesn't mean it works real decent. Besides, everyone has their own idea of what acceptable performance is. Some of us here are really spoiled and what one person might consider good performance we would consider unplayable. I know I'm spoiled 30-45 fps on a First Person Shooter just isn't acceptable to me.

hey papa.... yea ur right people have different views on what acceptable is.but i think running an alpha version of a system resource hungry game at 640*480 at 45 fps is good enough for me..

p.s- the mx 420 sux......im saving up for that monster fx 6800 ...

btw i made some adjustments in my doomconfig file yesterday and the frame rates went up by almost 60 freakin percent!!!
if anyone wants the file i have, just reply to this message.ill gladly mail it to u.
