Trying to download the driver for an older HP printer (HP Photosmart C7200 series (C7280)) but the download never actually starts, it just sits for a while, then kicks out to the techspot main page. Is there an issue with the page/file, or is there something else I need to do?

FWIW, under no circumstances allow HP to download any firmware or software updates if you get it up and running.
HP is updating all their printers so that they will not work with aftermarket ink cartridges.
