Driver_IRQL_not_less_or_equal (d1) : tcpip.sys BSOD

I have three HP dl 380 G6 servers two of them always crash and error are "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1) : tcpip.sys BSOD" and the other server driver version work
perfectly although the driver version is less the two crashed servers!

please I need help

OraFencedrv.sys... is the offending driver. It Is part of the Oracle Systems driver you have on these computers. Do you have all the Windows updates installed?

yes I fix OraFencedrv.sys related issue, now I face tcpip.sys BSOD please check new uploaded file

That is a network driver. Do you have any yellow (!) in the device managers?
